Summary
After recent events in New York, Seven-Four-Alpha are set to return back to London. They've captured their primary target, but by no means settled their case. They've still got rogue Dementors at Azkaban, prying investigators from Luxembourg, and a far larger Death Eater threat to manage, not to mention pressure from their own higher ups. Draco is reeling from his loss, and Harry is trying to be the best boyfriend he can, which may mean not being Draco's guv any longer. Harry's uncertain what his team'll find as they press deeper in the investigation, but he knows they will all be tested, perhaps more than they can bear.
But they haven't a choice, have they? It's the bloody Death Eaters, after all, and the political integrity of Wizarding Britain and their magical allies hangs in the balance.

This is a collection of all the House, M.D. fanfic & fanwork rec lists I have found. It's inclusive of any and all pairings, genres, tropes, and so on. Some of the rec lists here are thematically organized, or include descriptions or reviews of each work, which may help you find something that piques your interest, so I've noted that below.
Also included below is a list of fan community sites where you can dive into a House time capsule to find old favorites, new-to-you stories, and post fic-finding queries.
This project began with asking a fic-finder community for help finding more recent rec lists, and has expanded ever since. Some visitors were inspired to publish their own rec lists (and you can, too!).
It's never too late to let authors and creators know you read/view their work! I've included some resources to help you do that.
(January 2021: Number of rec lists has been GREATLY expanded, and I've added more in the resource sections. This project has come a long way since 2013!)

It’s been a little over a year since Sirius had kissed him for the first time on Halloween, crowding him up against the counter, whispering ‘Hey, you’ in his ear, breath warm with alcohol. A little over a year since Remus had tried half-heartedly to push him away, whispering, ‘I don’t think this is a good idea.’ To which Sirius had said, ‘Give me one reason why not,’ and Remus had stood there unable to say, ‘Because I'm in love with you, because I’m scared of what that love may do to me,’ and unable to come up with anything else, choking on a couple years worth of unsaid words, and so he’d just let it happen, more than just let it happen. It’s been three years since the boy across the hall had knocked on his dorm door to introduce himself, posh accent, ironed-down shirt, lithe, clever fingers pushing long black hair from his face before extending his hand out in offering. Three years since Remus had stared down at that hand, a bit bewildered, before reaching out to grasp it and Sirius had smiled up at him, butterscotch sweet, and his hand had been soft and warm and Remus hadn’t wanted him to let go. The feeling has never gone away.

Annoying, how hot it is to see Armand kneeling on the dirty bathroom floor like this. Without her heels to compensate for their height difference she looks small, delicate. Her face is on the level with Daniel’s hips and Daniel knows what’s about to happen. Armand has probably been planning for this since they stepped into the store, she realizes. There’s no way she’d catch Daniel bleeding for the first time and let that go.
