Summary
Shortly after Jean Moreau vacates the Nest, Riko opts to fill in the gaps of his withering Perfect Court. No one is happy about this, least of all El Parks, the chosen dealer to be given the number five.
OR: I wanted to explore the Nest falling apart from a ‘normal’ Raven perspective, but because she’s my Special Special girl I gave her a number just so she could be more traumatized about it.
(title courtesy of my friend, to whom I sent my horribly self-indulgent OC-centric aftg snippet with the warning, ‘if you say anything that makes me flesh this out into a full-novel draft I blame you,’ who promptly said “wait give me more of this universe.” So, atnates, consider yourself blamed)

“Nothing, just an assignment from my own person hell,” he said, faintly. “Immaculately crafted torture, straight from the boss’s mouth. But I think he’s going to order more donuts, so at least there’s hope.”

Summary
Jean and Kevin fell back in love thanks to a French Literature Club. Unfortunately, it is time to learn that being in love is not enough to heal old wounds. Neither is excessively quoting Camus, but they will do this nevertheless.
"Do you sometimes think about erosion?" Kevin suddenly asked.
"No?" Jean responded carefully.
Kevin huffed. "Sisyphos' boulder. If he keeps rolling it, it will erode over time. He has to keep pushing that stone. But it will get a tiny bit smaller every time."
"It is still an eternity of dealing with that boulder."
"But it is still getting lighter every day" Stupid, beautiful Kevin. Hopeful even when faced with an eternity of pain.Series

Summary
It doesn't make sense. Neil was fine. More than fine. He’s safe at home with Andrew, and this should be the best possible ending to one of Neil’s best days, but when Neil squeezes his eyes shut, all he can see is —
Riko grinning with vicious pleasure as he slices Neil open. Riko’s eyes reflecting the glow of the lighter licking Neil’s skin. Riko laughing as a tattoo gun needle digs into Neil’s cheek.
Riko, Riko, Riko, smothering and impossible to escape. Panic knifes through Neil as he yanks uselessly against the handcuffs. No, no, no —
And then he’s saying it aloud, “No, no, no,” because there isn't a gag cutting into the sides of his mouth. Because Neil isn’t at Evermore. He’s at home with Andrew, who’s right there when Neil opens his eyes — only near the foot of the bed now, not touching Neil at all.
Neil has long gotten used to reading the faint shades of emotion that pass for expressions on Andrew’s face. But never, not even in Andrew's medicated, manically expressive days, has Neil seen Andrew wear anything like his current look of horrified shock.
Neil agrees to try the handcuffs in bed. It goes badly. Cue angst and h/c.
