Summary
Edgar Allan Poe was never quite a lucky man. With his esteemed chess-set having gone missing along with the auctioneer, it was hard not to sulk. However, after a run-in with his rival Ranpo, he discovers that this phenomenon was a result of gifted ability similar to his own. In order to prove himself worthy to Ranpo, he makes an effort to find the culprit behind the mysterious disapperances and solve the Wonderland case once and for all, while being unaware of the chaos that lies beneath the glass's surface.
Or, a retelling of Alice in Wonderland through the lens of Poe, who just so happens to hate nonsensical stories. Basically it's just him losing his marbles.

Summary
"Generally speaking," Dazai says, and he doesn't sound anything like the Dazai that Chuuya knows, "I can't imagine I'd go through the effort of faking my death when dying is both easier to achieve and more of a pleasant experience. Though it depends on the how and the why, of course."
"Bastard, stop talking in circles and–"
"Boss, huh?" Dazai says, and Chuuya breaks off. It sounds wrong, from Dazai, and Chuuya lets Dazai go. Dazai drops down to both knees, and then sits there, gazing past Chuuya and looking at the makeshift shrine on the imposing wooden desk. There's something dark in his gaze, and it's almost comforting. Almost, because it's familiar; it's a knife in the darkness that Chuuya has watched bring down hundreds of people.
"What," Chuuya snaps. "Going to tell me you want the position back?"
"Back," Dazai murmurs, drumming his fingers on his knees before he finally climbs back up to his feet. His hands go into his pockets, his posture relaxed and easy, and none of it makes any sense. "Chuuya, was I really?"

Summary
"The next twelve hours," Mori says, his voice completely detached from the situation, no hints of the boss of the Port Mafia or a father figure or a doting doctor, everything carefully excised until only the cadence of an army surgeon is left, "will determine whether or not he pulls through."
"What," Dazai says, sounding like he's a thousand miles away, "are his chances?"
Mori doesn't say anything.
Dazai hangs up.

Summary
"This is a haunted house," Fukuzawa says, his voice flat.
"Allegedly," Mori chirps. He leans into the camera frame, hands full as he loads an instant camera with batteries, then he leans back out as he watches Yosano adjust the zoom. "Allegedly haunted."
"Don't throw out your back," Yosano says, voice dry. "I'm not helping with any self-inflicted wounds. Only ghost-inflicted wounds."
"Alleged ghosts," Mori offers.

Summary
Dazai wants to throw himself against the wall. He wants to jump out of this too tall building, land hard enough that it won’t only be his body that breaks but his soul too. He wants to let whatever he is at his root spill out, viscous and bile, until there’s nothing left at all.
“I’d jump with you,” Chuuya says, “I’d hold you the whole way down.”
“Wouldn’t work.” Dazai reminds him idly, watching the shadow and light play on Chuuya’s ceiling.
