   Summary

   Right after her shift on the Fourth of July, Samira Mohan is at a loss. Her mom has left her, Robby has spent the day berating her, and she still doesn't have a letter of rec for her fellowship applications. But somewhere out there, something is smiling upon her. Not all hope is lost for our beloved doctor.
