Summary
An imagination where Joseph Allen in the OG Modern Warfare series is gender-swapped, and instead of being thrust immediately into Makarov's Inner Circle, she spends her time in Task Force 141, building relationships with the team. If you're familiar with my Beautiful: Ouroboros fics, this is yet another attempt at perfecting the story.
Maria Allen a military translator serving under the US Army Rangers made the cut into Task Force 141. As the first woman there, she faces trials and tribulations that would shape her for her future missions, a role which would change not only herself, but the course of the world.

Here we go again! I realize that I can't stop rewriting this until I am totally happy with it, haha!
Maria "Anya" Allen of Task Force 141 was offered an opportunity to infiltrate Makarov's Inner Circle. She took it, not knowing the schemes and plots of those that held her chains would cause catastrophy across the globe. Thrust into a world where nothing is what as she previously knew, Anya has to make a decision: to rise in the coming storm brewed by Makarov, or to fight against him.

Summary
