Hey so as a disclaimer, this fic was not written by me! Instead, it was written by my mutual on tumblr; you can find them @gabbuhs (I was given full permission by them to post it here; they don't have an ao3 account, so they asked me to post it)
Their summary: "When I was re-watching episode 33 where Germany and Italy were wishing on shooting stars, I had an idea to write an alternate ending where Germany’s wish to change Italy came true. The fic starts out exactly as that scene, but the ending changes after Italy falls asleep."
