“I’m sorry, really, I’m not trying to prevent your work,” Kaveh sighed, “I’m afraid I’m, uhm… much more sensitive than we anticipated.”
Kaveh could see the cogs in Tighnari’s head working, an ear twitching as recognition filled his eyes. An exasperated sigh fell from his lips, and it felt scarily similar to being chastised as a child for doing something embarrassing.
“You’re ticklish, of course. I don’t know how I forgot.” It almost sounded like an insult, if Kaveh didn’t know how to recognize Tighnari’s fond tone of voice.
