Summary

Summary
When seven true-crime experts gather for a storm-soaked weekend at the newly reopened Cold River Motel, the site of a notorious satanic massacre thirty years ago, they expect a publicity retreat, not a bloodbath. As the storm cuts them off from the world and guests begin to die, paranoia turns their fascination with murder into survival. As secrets surface and the body count rises, the line between justice and vengeance blurs and when the rain finally stops, not everyone trapped at Cold River deserves to leave alive.
*Author Note: This story follows the show pretty closely until around chapter 7 then it starts to deviate a lot and the pace picks up*

Chloe was a thief just minding her own business, living her best life until the Killjoys got involved. Suddenly she was thrown into their trouble as if she didn't have enough on her own. If nothing else being babysat by a cowardly black-market broker was just plain pathetic. Little did Chloe or Pippin know this was the beginning of a long and twisted story that would change both their lives.
