A lot of things have changed after Koga and Adonis graduated from Yumenosaki. For one, they're living together with their former senpai and are professional idols now. There are still things that stayed the same: Kaoru is still a flirt, Rei still sleeps in a coffin and Adonis still loves meat.
What did change are probably Koga's feelings for Adonis though.

Koga, Adonis and Rei stood frozen in the entryway, their raincoats dripping wet from the rain. The front of Koga’s coat was bulging, the bump wiggling around vigorously.
