Wake up. Take a lukewarm shower. Have breakfast that tastes like shit. Workout. Eat. Shit. And go back to sleep.
An easy schedule, boring if he dares say. Days melt between each other and it all has become just a long day of nothingness. A penitence.
And he is, under penitence that is. He is in prison after all, and has been for the last four years of his life. Valuable time that he will never see again.
But that day there’s a change to his boring routine, Gojo knows today some new fish are being brought in. A fish that will change the trajectory of his penitence forever.

I...should have skipped this story. Not every kind of content is meant to be consumed by everybody, and that is okay. It shows how little I understand myself that I would subject myself to this. The more stories I read, the more I feel lost. I do not understand why some characters do what they do, why things happen the way they do and sometimes the significance of an action or its consequence. I don't know why I don't understand. GeGo feels more natural to me than GoGe but I could not bring myself to like it in this story? For much too long, Geto just seemed mean and cryptic to me and I could not understand the power dynamics and stuff. I don't particularly like Gojo but it kind of hurt my heart that he accepted to be Geto's "bitch" (hated this concept, it stirred something ugly in me and I felt truly uncomfortable reading some of the explicit bits, it was as if I could feel the humiliation that perhaps Gojo was feeling in that moment? Is that weird? I do not know.) but Geto never once reciprocated it by also letting Gojo feel him that way. Maybe I don't understand the concept of a clear Top/Bottom? I don't know. Why did Yuta give Gojo the ricin seeds, what was going on in the minds of the other inmates? Geto killing the warden to avenge Gojo was nice. I really should skip out stories such as these with heavy themes in the future.
The author did a great job, I cannot take away from their effort. It was just not the correct story for me, perhaps. I will stop reading stories for some time.

“Breathe in,” Suguru said, and his voice was so low it was scraping against the husk at the bottom of his register. He was counting, but the water crashing in Satoru’s ears was drowning it out. “Breathe out,” he said, and then a horrific pain splintered across Satoru’s chest.
Even his addled state, Satoru could hear the sound he let out, some amalgamation of a cry and a whimper, as he felt the needle sluice through each individual layer of skin. The bar was hot and heavy in his body as Suguru went to grab the jewelry and put it in.
And the worst part is, it felt incredible. The synapses were firing all over Satoru’s brain, sending a shock up his spine and shivers all over his body, suddenly hot to the tips of his toes. Suguru replaced the needle with the jewelry and the tiny moment of re-insertion felt like Satoru might be able to come on the spot.
He whined, a little, and hoped desperately it sounded like pain.

Gojo Satoru doesn’t handle pain well. Or at all, really. But Suguru is just so nice with his clients, takes care of them so well, and Satoru wants to know what that feels like. Sue him.
Basically, Gojo finds out he has a pain kink and takes Suguru along for the ride.
