Mizuki's cold body pressed against Mafuyu's, and despite it's coldness, it made Mafuyu feel warm. For a moment, everything was quiet. Mizuki's hold tightened around Mafuyu, their face pressing into her neck. And Mafuyu felt something wet there, too. Yet despite it all, nothing about her demeanor could change. She had already made up her mind.
Or: Kanade couldn't save Mafuyu and has been missing for a while. Nightcord at 25:00 has been drifting apart, and now Mafuyu wants to end it all on the school roof top. Mizuki's and Ena's initial plan was to stop her, but it doesn't quite work out.
