Summary
While exploring Irithyll dungeon, you find a strange woman locked away, who is capable of performing a forbidden magical art. You release her from her unjust imprisonment, and she takes up residence with you at Firelink Shrine. However, the dungeon has left its mark upon her body and mind, in a way that cannot be escaped as easily as a physical location. Navigating her trauma is difficult enough, without also having to navigate your own blooming love for the witch.

Summary

Summary
Waking up chained in the dark is a problem. Waking up chained in the dark bearing multiple stab wounds that should’ve killed him is an even bigger one, threatening a secret that Nykim has protected viciously for the last decade.
His captor, who remains infuriatingly anonymous, is determined to drag evidence of that secret out of him. The woman that asshole uses to help is as unsuited for torture as she is for staying unattached to handsome prisoners, despite her utter terror of him.
But despite having a reputation as the city’s most notorious packmaster–and an office full of the bones of his enemies to back it up–Nykim isn’t the heartless bastard the city knows him as. Escape should be his number one priority, but something about that woman calls to him.
Something that will end up costing them both.
This is now a duology. The first book is essentially complete and ends on chapter 21, with the second book continuing from there. If I'd known there were gonna be two, I'd've split them, but, well.
