Summary

This strong, steady rhythm that fights to find Sanji across oceans, and gives Zoro a reason to come back home. "Sanji, I'll always choose you."
Zoro's words cauterize brutal, venomous wounds that Sanji carries for years. Tears scorching his sight, Sanji wraps his arms around Zoro's shoulders.
"Damnit-" Sanji's voice cracks with something between a sob and laugh. "What am I gonna do with you?"
"Love me," Zoro murmurs as his lips catch another tear. "Love me back."

Summary
An onslaught of medical jargon Sanji can’t make sense of continues from Chopper, but he’s able to make out the word “surgery,” which is enough to send a fresh wave of nausea through him. Robin is performing CPR, blood oozing out of Zoro’s chest with each compression and blood smearing on her chin from each rescue breath.
Nami slaps Sanji’s face.
It’s so familiar and jarringly associated with his affection for her in his head that his distraction breaks completely. The hurricane around him mutes and he can only see Nami in the eye of the storm.
“GET A FUCKING GRIP, SANJI!” She roars. “I don’t know what to do when someone’s going into shock and Chopper is busy!”

Or, post-Thriller Bark, Sanji and Zoro reckon with what happened while being so mad at each other and themselves that they might just have to kiss about it.
