Summary
In the courtroom, Park Jimin defends the little guy. He's regularly toe to toe with juggernaut entertainment companies and conglomerates and public figures, defending victims who he's sure have been wronged.
Then a letter arrives addressed to him at his office.
It's written in pencil on prison stationery. The tone of the letter is jaded with a misplaced touch of hope. And it's signed by prisoner #1310 - Jeon Jeongguk, the former pride of South Korea, a superstar idol who was convicted of an open-and-shut case of triple homicide.
And he wants to meet Jimin to discuss his case.

Summary
Best friends Jimin and Jeongguk made a deal at age 18 - if neither one of them is married by age 30, they'll just marry each other to spare themselves the stress of finding the perfect spouse.
Fast forward twelve years. The corners of his mouth twitch. “What?”
“Yes,” Jimin repeats. “My boyfriend. His name is...” Jimin finds the stranger’s foot with his own and steps on it gently, crushing the toe of his chunky sneaker under his Chelsea boot.
“Jungkook,” the man says, and it sounds like he’s choking back a laugh. “My name is Jungkook.”
