Sure, Aventurine couldn't say for certain whether Ratio even liked him, but they could've never made it as far as they have as business partners without some degree of trust and cooperation, right?

    By the time he realizes how utterly twisted the Curio is, it's already too late to back out. He and Ratio are trapped, at the mercy of the long-dead maniac who created this room, and it's going to take every ounce of strength they have to survive.
