Summary
Hinata tilts his head ever so slightly, eyes sparking. “Bluffing’s a game, Kageyama, you just need to learn how to play it right.”
Kageyama Tobio is a successful defence attorney with everything he needs: a growing career, a steady queue of clients, and a reputation that's going to open doors for him. It's all going well - on paper.
Until one day, when a teenage girl arrives at his office begging him to get her brother off the hook for a murder charge, and Kageyama finds himself defending Hinata Shouyou: a poker player with a reputation for being undefeated.
It should be just another case. But Kageyama, realising that his life in law is perhaps too lonely, too stale, keeps this one client in his life. Because something about Hinata is addicting, and maybe this is just the gamble that he needs to take.
(A lawyer AU; based on the events in the Ace Attorney series.)

Summary
“Why do you need my help? Just ask her!”
“I’ve never done it by myself before!”
What the hell is he talking about? He’s never asked a girl out by himself? “It really isn’t that difficult.”
[OR]
Hinata is in love with Kageyama, who apparently wants help to ask out a girl. Funny, considering they've been hooking up for years now. He didn't realize Kageyama was into girls.

"You were totally letting that guy flirt with you!"
Tobio stared at Hinata incredulously, "What— Yeah! That's the whole point, isn't it?!"
"Not in front of me, you jerk!" Hinata punched him in the arm. Tobio was officially lost. And pissed.
He threw his hands up in exasperation, "This was your idea! Why'd you even suggest this stupid competition if you were gonna get pissed the second I started competing?!"
"Because I was trying to make you jealous!"

Hinata challenges Kageyama to collect more numbers than him at the bar, unprepared for just how oblivious his long-time crush really is.

Summary
The Adlers had lost the game. He should have been home resting, or thinking back over his performance, not sneaking into the other team’s victory party. Tobio did not crash parties; he barely even attended parties in the first place. This was stupid.
“This is stupid,” he said to his reflection. It was pale and nervous-looking in the mirrored elevator door. What, now Hinata snapped his fingers and sent him an address and Tobio ran to wherever he was?
