“Sokka?” Zuko’s voice sounds more careful now. It’s not as frantic, more low and questioning in a rare soft tone that Sokka doesn’t think he's ever heard before.
“Could you…” Sokka’s voice is barely above a murmur, “could you come pick me up?”. He’s looking dazed at his legs splayed out in front of him, watching the rain slide off of his sneakers.
“Where are you?” Zuko says sternly.
