Summary
Jus primae noctis (‘right of the first night’): a medieval customary right of a king or a noble to bed a maiden on her wedding night before her newly-wed husband.
Thranduil’s army invades a minor kingdom and finds himself both captivated and enraged by a young woman who resents the occupation and treats him with open disdain. When he discovers she is engaged to be married, he evokes the custom of jus primae nocte on her wedding night and punishes her for her defiance.
Please note the tags! This is a darker take on Thranduil than my other stories and it is tagged dubcon/noncon for a reason.

Summary
Welcome to a very long series of one-shots and multipart chapters that follows Spencer Reid's journey in the BAU.
I go episode by episode, looking for any potential angst or hurt/comfort moments with him and then write where I feel the cm writers might've left something out.
There are tags to episodes, extras, 'what if's', and more! Some chapters are stand alone and some have multiple parts but, just like in the show, the chapters are linked to some degree with reoccurring themes.
If you need an excuse to watch the series over again, or if you're watching for the very first time, I label each chapter with the season and episode number so that you can avoid spoilers (if you want)!!!
I am still working on this fic (though it looks like it is complete, I did this because you could read most chapters as stand alone) and more new chapters are coming as frequently as I can put them out.

Summary
Somebody is trying to murder best-selling crime author Jughead Jones. Between those in the underworld his father once crossed, Jug's childhood history with the Serpents and the people whose lives and reputations were ruined by his book, the list of suspects who would like to see him dead is as long as it is strange. Now in protective custody, the one person standing between Jughead and his would-be assassin is Special Agent Betty Cooper, a woman he shares a complicated past with.

“It’s okay, Cooper, I know I don’t have the most delicate touch when it comes to matters of the heart.” He looked her directly in the eye, his Adam’s Apple dipping as he swallowed hard. “And, sometimes, by the time I do think of the right thing to say it’s already too late to make things right."
The air grew heavy between them and Betty frowned at him alluding to their past. She wondered why he insisted on touching old bruises when she could barely acknowledge that they were there. Was he just trying to assuage his own guilt or was there something more behind this?
Maybe if she held out an olive branch he’d stop and they could go back to not talking about it again? “It’s not too late to make things right, Juggie.”
