“The name. Firehose.” Eddie’s eyes flicked down to the orange in his hands as he started on the next slice. “You said it had more to do with something else.”
“Oh! Right—well…” Buck laughed, a little awkward, rubbing the back of his neck and wringing his hands like he was debating whether or not he should answer. “I guess my question would be… do you know what hyperspermia is?”
Eddie froze mid-chew, then bit down—hard—on a slice of orange. The juice hit the back of his throat and sent him into a coughing fit.
Or; Eddie finds out Buck has hyperspermia and is totally normal and sane about it.

Eddie huffs. It’s respectable and masculine, probably. “You know I’m not interested in—”
“Yes, Eddie, I know,” Buck drolls. “You’re off the horse. The meat market is closed. Your dick is on Do Not Disturb. I just think the pot shouldn’t be calling the kettle out,” he gestures between them with an emphatic finger, “for bad dates. Not when the pot is, ostensibly, a born-again virgin.”
“I’m not a born-again virgin,” Eddie grumbles. “Don’t start this again.”
“I’m not starting anything,” Buck lies. “I’m watching the movie.” Another lie. Then he flops unceremoniously back down, head strewn across Eddie’s clenched thighs.
Or: Buck’s mouth moves faster than Eddie’s brain.

“So? You said you don’t know any other women. What about men?” Eddie has no earthly idea why now, during a game of kiss, marry, kill, he’s deciding to come out to his best friend, but now for some unknown reason he is. He can only hope that he says everything we wishes to say and doesn't chicken out.
Buck bluescreens for a second. “Wait what? But you’re straight?”
Eddie scratches the back of his neck, looking all around before locking his gaze on the baby blues he knows too well. “Yeah, I’ve been doing a lot of… thinking, and talking. And maybe not.”
“Maybe not?” Buck asks quietly.
“I’m gay.”
