Rosinante Donquixote… a military drunk, a sweet little brother, or an annoying pest. Doflamingo adored his brother, of course, just found his habits unsightly but amusing. He lay against the moist bar, head in his arms with his pink-heart patterned tropical shirt open due to the sticky wet heat outside the bar walls, and his half-drunken beer warming on the wood counter.
