Summary
“Go away!” Henry called out but his voice came out raspy and weak, almost in a whimper as if his body had forgotten how to speak. He quickly grabbed the blanket again, covering his body with it as if it would shield him from Hans if he came in.
“Henry? You never showed up at breakfast, I was hoping to see you off.”
“I—I won’t be heading out today.” Henry called back, his voice a bit stronger now that he had found how to use it again. Another shiver made him shake and he winced it away.
“Is everything alright?”
“Yes!” he called out, falling back into a curled position, a gasp escaping him from another bout of pain that pulsed through him. “I’m fine I swear.”

Henry succumbs to a sudden heat, and Hans reveals himself a fellow Omega and helps him through it.
Set loosely something during KCD1 but contains no spoilers for the game.

“Is this your question?” Kim says flatly, “Quid pro quo.”
Harry laughs outright. It isn’t a happy or pleasant sound. “No, it’s not. Hmm…” He taps his chin, listening for silent whispers again. The only thing Kim hears is a man three cells down groaning and the tapping of his own boot. “I know! Tell me, Kim, what did it sound like?”
“And by it, you mean…?”
“What did it sound like when your partner bled out?” Kim stops breathing. “When you had to listen to him drown from the blood in his lungs, what was that like—”

Summary
Kim realizes Harry’s afraid of touching and being touched. So Kim starts, very slowly, enacting his plan to make the detective more comfortable with being touched. He starts small. A hand on Harry’s shoulder when he’s done well, or when he needs to be bolstered. He leans into him to whisper confidentially into his ear. Once, the detective has mustard on his shirt, and Kim wets his handkerchief and dabs at it while the man stiffens and his face goes scarlet. He allows his hand to brush Harry’s when they play Suzerainty, handing off the die. But Harry doesn’t touch Kim. No, the detective keeps his hands to himself.
And then in May Harry touches him of his own volition.

Summary
This is ridiculous. Kim is fine. He's in his room at the Whirling, and is probably sound asleep. Are prophetic dreams even real?
LOGIC: No.
INLAND EMPIRE: Yes.
Harry tosses and turns for what feels like hours (twenty minutes). It's impossible to go back to sleep. He's restless, he's anxious, and he's still very sweaty.
DRAMA: You won't be able to rest until you see Kim. Even if you just knock on his door and hear his voice telling you to go back to bed, that would be enough.
ELECTROCHEMISTRY: You could also drink yourself to sleep. That would work just as well.
VOLITION: Well, it’s one or the other. You can’t get drunk and bother Kim after hours.
It's a bad idea, Harry thinks, even as he gets dressed.
