“Do you even believe what they’re saying out there?” Jisung had furiously mumbled under his breath, pressing a little baggie into Changbin’s soft palm and waiting for his Venmo payment to roll in.
“Of course not,” one of Changbin’s friends had scoffed, but Jisung was surprised when he looked up and saw Changbin’s kind eyes staring into his own, smiling gently.

When Changbin buys weed off of Jisung at an alien conspiracy conference, he isn't expecting to make a friend. He certainly doesn't plan on falling in love either, but plans change and Jisung is full of unexpected delights.

A waitress passes by their table, Seungmin watching her go, as a query rings out from the rear table asking do they give out breadsticks here, you know, like olive garden. Semi-distracted by the weight of Hyunjin’s palm and his intense gaze, Seungmin peripherally absorbs the waitress’ befuddled and apologetic response that no sir, but I can get you a menu?
His attention is grappled back by a dead set Hyunjin.
“If we’re going to stay,” Hyunjin says, his pupils piercing directly into Seungmin’s soul with a sort of fierceness that he thinks most people dub hellfire, “I need you to not look back.”
POV: you're on a date with a beautiful art major named Hyunjin and his roommates just peeled out of the parking lot blasting Aju Nice.

Summary
“We should talk about the thing.” Changbin says. Because they should really talk about the thing. Usually, things that need to be talked about come with the bad kind of jitters, but Changbin feels none of that now. He even googled about it earlier, like, is pee safe to drink. And then he deleted his search history, of course, like any sensible guy about to pee on his boyfriend. Or whatever it is that Jisung specifically wants. They should really talk about it.
