Summary
Luigi stumbled upon a pair of magical earrings that allow him to turn into a woman whenever he puts them on. He's enjoying his time as Lucy when Peach gives him the mission to set up communications with a newly discovered Koopa Island. Only for him to be kidnapped and forced to be their queen.
Bowser has been over Peach for years, but finds himself interested in someone new, Princess Lucy. He was in Sarasaland to discuss peace talks, she was hanging out with her friend Daisy. Who ushered him out far too quickly after introductions. It was for the best though, as Lucy left for her home kingdom, never to return.
That is, until years later, when Bowser reaches out to the Koopa Queen of the Perseann Islands and he realizes it was the princess he met all those years ago. Does she even remember him after all these years? Does it even matter? Bowser has been writing to a new woman for a long time, who he isn't able to see, for reasons she refuses to answer. How will he juggle his love for the woman he writes to and the deep attraction he feels to the new queen?

Luigi asks Princess Peach to help him indulge his love of wearing dresses in public, only for her to magically disguise Luigi as the Princess herself! Bowser decides it would be the perfect time to kidnap Peach, seeing as she is all alone and vulnerable (in the middle of a town celebration). Not realizing that Peach is actually Luigi, Bowser attempts to seduce her (for the billionth time in a row). Except this time it actually succeeds.Luigi is frightened by his experience at Bowser's Castle, and not just by how scary it was to be surrounded by all the minions and scalding pools of lava. He decides to put his lingering attraction behind him and forget about it. After all it could never happen again right? WRONG! Bowser comes to the Mushroom Kingdom, trying to marry Peach, and realizes it wasn't her that he seduced but rather Luigi. (omg)
Kidnapping Luigi in his anger, Bowser puts him to work as his personal maid. All seems well(?) until Luigi and Bowser end up trapped in one of Bowser Jr.'s magic paintings. Will the pair succeed when they're forced to work together to escape?

You get turned into a Koopa. Indefinitely.
Now, as Luigi lives among Bowser, his troops and his children in the koopa kingdom, he has to face some interesting feelings about himself, and the guy who he's supposed to hate. Turns out, being turned into another creature, really brings a guy out of his shell, hah.
But seriously, how can you hate a guy who you have to live with for months?
