Akutagawa swallowed. His throat burned, and he realized he was shaking, sweat cooling on his neck, vision spotty. He pressed his palm to the ground, grounding himself the way he’d taught his body to do. His breath shook once.
He hated Dazai.
He admired him.

Ryuunosuke hadn’t done anything wrong. He knew it. Osamu knew it. Osamu knew that he knew this.
But Osamu’s whims were strange. His emotions a mystery, even to him at times. Especially to Ryuunosuke.

Summary
Gi-hun took Young-il with him to confront the Frontman. However, he and Young-il are soon captured before they could make it through the door. Gi-hun finally has a conversation with the Frontman where he begs and pleads with him to spare his allies, claiming it to all be his idea, that he should be punished for the lives lost.
Strangely, the Frontman does not kill Gi-hun.
