“I like singing to The Script, is that a crime?!” Mark flopped on the chair, cornered against it as Jeno and Jaemin stood in front of him.
“No, but not being over your ex after five months is.”
“I got dumped on New Year’s Eve. No one gets dumped on New Year’s!” He emptily protested as the pair stayed unmoving.

“Nah.” Jeno crouches on the asphalt, his finger grazing a strip of wet blood. “You’re a chip off the old block. Privileged, warming up a ministry seat all year long. Minus the tattoos, of course. Did daddy scold you when he found out?”
“How do you know I got more than one?” Jaemin crosses his arms, looking downward at him.
“Just a guess.” Jeno tilts his chin up, stretching a cocky smile.
(In other words Jeno is magically gifted from birth and a werewolf, reconnecting to the magic world due to a series of murders disrupting its tranquillity, after ten years since he decided to cut ties with it.)

"Jeno Lee is the same guy that told Jaemin through broken airy noises he couldn’t eat the rich – like his best friend encouraged him to – so he prefers being eaten by the rich, one who’s really good at it, all while pushing Jaemin’s head closer between his legs. Back then Jaemin’s genuine laughter rumbled on the pale and delicate skin of Jeno’s inner thighs, bruised and supple at every dart of his tongue."

“I like competition,” Donghyuck gives him a brief sly smile, wandering his eyes around before they settle on Renjun. “And it’s too easy if you suck.”
“Mh, I’ll take the compliment.” Renjun winks, stretching his back before picking up his bag to leave.
In Donghyuck’s language, to which he is particularly familiar, this means he’s good. Talented enough to be considered competition, and they have always been the two top students, stealing each other’s opportunities with fair or less fair ways.

Jeno throws the phone to the couch, hands in his hair. Stupid, so stupid, why did he even say that? To appease his gossiping family for being single at age twenty five? All he knows he set himself for big trouble, luckily he didn’t name anyone yet. Creativity, and a fast remedy to this whole mess, that’s what he needs.
