THIS IS SOOOO GOOD
neteyam x reader
It's a slowburn between neteyam and ronal's eldest daughter obviously, the classic. But let me tell you how beautiful the author describe everything. It feels really alive. It feels like you know how the character feels and understand their feelings better. You know why they did what the did and it's stable! The character doesn't suddenly become a different person with diff personality in each chapter. They know their flow and keep adding it gradually while the world definitely change between them. The author really know how to build tension and mixed feelings. I love it so much.
This reader is much like kiri. Well, not exactly the same. She can feel the world better and have the ability to grasp the future even though it takes a lot of her. She's the perfect mixed of ronal and tonowari personality. Strict, bold, talk when needed to, liable, yet she soft under all those surfaces. She cares deeply about her siblings, parents, people, and the sullys. She see things both ways and try to understand everything. She understand how experience build people and changed them. She doesn't ground people, much like she doesn't like to be grounded. She let them become people's lessons to learn when the sea touch them.
Their dynamic is really yummy. I like how both of them cautious around each other but doesn't see them as a threat. I like how they both quietly noticing each other's too much yet doesn't really grasp their emotions. I like how the slow proximity, careful words, and brief touch really write their stories together. Oh when she faint and her nose bleed, i love how neteyam is there holding her and keep calling her. It's just so cute and endearing knowing how much he care yet doesn't cross the line. They're the end game your highness. I can't wait to see how she react as tsakarem (is that the word?) When neteyam is shot and when her mother died. I hope her ability can somehow cured him or hold him so the humans in omatikaya can do surgeries for him just like neytiri.
Can't wait for the rest! You should def reread this again lol. Love them so much

Okay so basically she is Robert's best friend who always been with him through up and down and even take care of him qhen he's in a coma. Both are pretty broke and live a shitty life. Yet both of them found comfort with one another.
In this fic, robert is portrayed as someone caring, yes, but selfish at the same time. He's not aware that he's selfish. He just feels like it's him. Too focused in his own goal that he didn't realize he takes her presence and efforts for granted. She always been with him. It becames a habbit he didn't realize. He never really think of a possibility where she's gone and leaving him behind. He takes her for granted. He knows she care, he knows her. He knows what she would think and do.
Reader is a kind individual with a chronic people pleasing problem. She always put everything before her. Never think for herself as long as people are happy. She loves her best friend. She pffer everything that she could to be there for him. She put her needs after his. She seemed quite satisfied with hos their dynamic is right now. Everything would be alright if they just stay where they are right now. But a part of her want something more. She want to know how he really feels. Did he feel the same way as her? Did his heart leap and churn like her everytime his stupid silly face come out or when he did something? Do you think that he cares for her? What kind of question is that, of course he cares. But not the way she want him too (his stupid pride and daddy issue is in the way fuckkkkk)
So basically robert fucked up and kinda lashed out on her after his first day on SDN. She's heartbroken and left him behind when he's in the shower. He feels bad about that and it has been eating him for weeks. Tyrns out, invisigal stalked them and followed her home to see how she's doing. She broke down and invisigal feels bad about that. Invisigal and all of Z team somehow helped her to get a better life without her knowing. They feel bad and at least want to be good for people who deserve it.
A lot of drama and HR violation ofc. I feel bad that in this fic she basically stole Robert's scene where he get close to people at SDN. I mean, i understand and it goes well with the story. But i just want him to actually have a friend and connection yknow, not becoming a pure asshole. Robert's mental health is described perfectly and how it affect his lufe here, but at least i want to have that chemistry with Z team, other dispatchers, and others like in the game. But love the story tho, it's perfectly written with fluff first and then angst with miscommunication lmaoo.
