The realization was a lot to process for Komori, since he wasn’t sure if what he wanted was even remotely reasonable to want. When he came to terms with it he had to move on to an even more difficult concept: the objects of his desire are already in a relationship, and three’s company.

"Here, you sentimental bastard," Batman mutters the words in an almost breathless whisper, and the insult in the words never fully lands.
Much less when Batman guides Superman's hand towards his chest, pressing his palm to his ribcage, breathing in deeply—one, two times—until his breathing evens in a soft rise and fall of his chest.
Something stirs deep within Superman, something he knows.
