Summary
After his magical success at the Windmill Theatre, Mrs. Henderson asks Aziraphale to perform again at the theatre, even though Aziraphale and Crowley have agreed to hold off on the magic for now. However, Aziraphale and Crowley come up with an idea: he (or she) will perform as a sexy jazz singer, with Crowley as an occasional partner. Despite the angel's roaring success on the West End, things do not always go as planned.

David's breath hitches in his throat as he catches it; that brief, fraction of a second where Michael's face slips, dims, he forgets to smile. For the tiniest of moments, a moment nobody but David would even notice, the pain and hurt are feathered into every line of Michael's perfect face, and oh, fuck, it's more than he can bear.
The thing is he knows, he does, that it's all his fault, that he's the cause of his best friend's pain.

Summary
Aziraphale is in the business of commercial garden maintenance - he manages his family business, sprucing up commercial spaces, making sure every project is neatly done within budget, with the client's specifications. Life is predictable, but his heart yearns for the unhindered beauty of natural gardens and forests.
The closest he has been to this is when he admires the works of a freelance gardener and blogger AJ, but their work is too free-spirited for it to align in any way with Aziraphale's world.
