Nacho doesn’t care to cast his mind back that far — it’s been a while, and even then he doesn’t think he’s ever let anyone really man-handle him like he just has. He’s never allowed another man to make him feel this small, and for Lalo to do it so effortlessly makes this display of vulnerability feel even more humiliating.
“You’re the first,” says Nacho. It’s easy enough for him to assume that Lalo, in typical Salamanca fashion, will absolutely lap up the idea that he’s the only one to have him like this.
