Summary
Spamton always wanted freedom, the ability to choose his own path, his own choices. He's gotten that, at a price. But it's better than no freedom at all. Better than being stuck in a tiny cage for decades. You don't need a bunch of strings to be trapped forever, apparently all you need is one goddamn wire.
--
In which Tenna's power cord prevents him from ever leaving TV World and Spamton is having a very hard time accepting this. Surely, it's possible to twist fate just a little? Even if just for one day, can't he give Tenna a taste of freedom?

Summary
Tonight, he's decided to do something about it. He can't dance around this issue without at least acting on the stuff that's relatively easy. The carnal part of it. Get Tenna in bed with him. See where it goes from there. Maybe it'll even quiet down those clenches in his chest if he gets some nice, private TV Time. The first hurdle though, is getting an actual true workaholic to put down his stupid overtime paperwork and pay attention to his co-star.
What is a big shot to do when he's finally gathered the courage to make a move on his business partner, but the man is making him work for it? Well, he's gonna play his cards right and maybe even learn a little something about himself in the process. No promises on that last part.

Summary
Kaveh is happy just the way it is. But that's the problem. He's happy, life is good the way they are already. But his heart isn't satisfied. In fact, it aches, every single day. It's not content with them just living together, with their friendship-that's-slightly-closer-than-just-friends. Kaveh's heart is demanding the whole deal, the entire package and all that that entails. Kaveh's selfish heart wants Alhaitham's, it wants to dance with his, hold his, commit to his.
--
Kaveh wants to confess his feelings to Alhaitham, but this being Kaveh and Alhaitham, it's never really that simple.

Summary
Kaveh, when it's just the two of them, free from societal expectations and his own prideful self perception, is not as kind as people think. He doesn't allow Alhaitham the mercy of respite.
--
Control play in the bedroom does something to Kaveh. And by extension, Alhaitham too.

Summary
"Do you think we're lovers in every universe?"
...
"Assuming that multiple universes even exist, it would be statistically impossible, or at the very least extremely improbable."
--
Kaveh asks the big, important questions.
And no, Alhaitham wouldn't love Kaveh if he was a worm.

Summary
“—Don’t touch that!” Kaveh snarls viciously at Collei, ripping a coffee cup out of her hands. The girl freezes in place, eyes wide and scared as Kaveh clutches the ceramic to his chest and screams at her. “This isn’t yours. This isn’t yours!”
She shakes as Tighnari shows her out of the kitchen to pack up Kaveh’s bedroom instead. Cyno consoles him in the interim, a hand on his back as he says “No one is taking Alhaitham’s mug, Kaveh, it’s okay,” and Kaveh falls to the ground sobbing in the same place he received the letter.

Summary
“I’ve designed many buildings in my career,” Kaveh begins, the attention of every single person in the crowd fixed on him. “Most of which have been extravagant pieces made to stand tall in our city and glitter.”
Kaveh glances down at what must be some notes on the podium, pausing before he looks back up, shining in the bright lights of the stage.
“But in recent years, I must admit that my focus has shifted.”
Alhaitham leans forward, watching, hoping for something he can't quite admit. Not when the truth is that he’s never known how to say that he is hungry without fear that people will see the truth that he is starving.
Or, a year after the events of the Interdarshan Championship, Alhaitham finally retires

Summary
"You don't look well."
"I don't feel well," Alhaitham says. "So I would appreciate it if you got to the point."
Cyno sighs. "There has been an... incident with the Kshahrewar expedition," he says. "Someone reconnected the nearby Ruin Golem's power systems, and its weapon systems reactivated."
"Kaveh," Alhaitham murmurs, a little too dizzy to keep himself from verbalizing that first thought.
Cyno grimaces. "He helped several students escape the area, but he didn't leave himself."
Alhaitham's head throbs. He rubs at his sinuses. "Of course he didn't," he says. It's Kaveh. "He went into the Golem, didn't he?"
Cyno sighs. "The students said that he did, in fact, go into the Golem."
Alhaitham has the flu. Unfortunately, Kaveh has need of Alhaitham.
