Azula dropped to the ground with a plop, her armor and chopped hair soaking wet. Katara landed on her knees and coughed out the water she inhaled. She tugged on the chains making sure they were secure and didn’t even spare a glance for Azula before sprinting down the courtyard to get to Zuko. Her heart hammered out of her chest as she ran.

Goro panted as he looked up at the ceiling. “That was an admirable attempt, Sumire, I did not expect you to– Hey!”
His view of the ceiling was now obstructed by Sumire climbing on top of him and pinning his hands down. “That’s cheating, Sumire! You’ve lost.” He exclaimed.

Goro groaned. Wading through the cold and impossibly filthy floods of Tokyo did not sound the least bit appealing, but his rumbling stomach seemed to like the idea of a bento. Was the bribe going to work? Maybe. Goro didn’t cook. A melon pan for breakfast and an apple for lunch is all he usually buys to satiate his hunger. Living alone often means cutting corners even when it comes to meals. The sound of a full bento being made just for him... sounded more appetizing than it should.
He decides to call her back.

She couldn’t help the slight mumbling she did as she tried to steady her breathing and it did not help the increasing fear that they might get caught. Akechi moved a hand to her waist and wrapped it around, hugging her tightly. The hand that remained on her shoulder slowly and quietly made its way across her collarbone and to her other shoulder under her coat.
When it got there, he used his thumb to push her chin and turn her head to the side of the wall where his face was.
Through his helmet, he whispered calmly. “Time your breathing to the movement of my thumb on your shoulder, just breathe,”

He opens the door to find the source of the noise. He looks down and sees a small box with the top flaps slightly open. His eyes narrow at the sight and his expression turns into a scowl when he hears the same high pitched sound emerging from the box.
He slams the door shut. The baby still crying behind it.
"AKIRA?! WHY IS THERE A BABY ON OUR DOORSTEP?!"

How are you able to withstand this much frost, Luka? Even my scales are starting to go stiff.”

This fic is based off of them being about 20-22. Where they've all had their miraculous for years. Following the theory/head cannon that each miraculous holder begins to gain attributes of their kwami.
