Summary
His brother’s execution date was only set a week prior, and everyone looked at him with pity or like he was the one who committed the crimes Kristoph had and he couldn’t pinpoint which felt worse. Apollo had flown in from Khura'in a few days after the date was set, as quickly as he could after hearing the news under such short notice, and he was a welcome distraction if not for the darker thoughts itching at the back of Klavier’s brain making him more and more nervous to return to his own apartment where Apollo was staying for the week.
