or it starts when renjun’s practice schedule overlaps with every single one of mark’s games, and she basically won’t get to see her play all season.
or it starts in mark’s room, her poorly bleached blonde hair (not renjun’s fault even if she encouraged the decision and bought the bleach and did it over mark’s sink for her) in renjun’s fingers as she pouts in a tone renjun recognizes as ‘I’m trying really hard not to sound actually upset about this even though I am’,

Summary
Jaemin holds it between her fingers like some classy cigarette instead of a cheap ass joint they picked up from a shared friend after Renjun’s sociology class. Jaemin could make anything look alluring, though, and she knows it. Faded pink hair, sour weed, stained sweatpants, and she still makes Renjun and Jeno dizzy.
“How are you doing over there, Junnie?” Jaemin asks lazily as she taps the excess off the joint. “Think you can hold out longer than last time?”

Mark’s eyes are round with shock. His mouth hangs open just slightly. It’s enough to catch one of the many stray feathers drifting to the ground.
“Dang. I always knew you were an angel.”
As the eldest two of their team, Renjun could always count on Mark to have his back.
