Summary
In a world that has acknowledge the presence of vampires and shapeshifter and werewolves and other supernatural creatures, the government of this dystopian era wish to harness these creatures power and use it for their own benefit to control the entire world's population. The directorate of other races was created by the werewolf and vampiric councils as an organization to both to police the supernatural races from harming the human population and to protect them from the clutches of the government which seeks to capture those with special gifts, "the hybrids" and harness their genome for their Super Solider Project.
Kyo being an escapee of their experimentation and one of their test tubes babies she has sworn to protect all those the Directorate flags as potential victims to be captured by the twisted government.On a special mission to acquire a magical amulet from a certain mafia organization Kyo runs into a thief, and something strange happens.
