Tamaki’s newest nickname for him—spawned out of an odd mix of his possessiveness over Haruhi and his need to connect with those around him—was wreaking a small havoc in Kyoya’s mind. Kyoya had submitted to it rather immediately on the grounds of “entertaining Tamaki”, a reason by which most things could get through his nonsense filter, but he was coming to regret it.
Mommy.
Crooned while Tamaki rubbed his shoulders. Whined while Tamaki pouted in the corner. Cried while Tamaki lamented how cruel the twins were. Sighed while Tamaki was dressed up in costume.

He holds out his hand between them.
Tamaki’s head turns. He looks at the hand, then up at Kyoya. His face is uncertain, confused, and so Kyoya pours everything into his answering gaze.
Eyes wide, Tamaki takes his hand. When Kyoya lets him, tension rushes out of him, like a sigh he hadn’t known he’d been holding. He brings Kyoya’s hand up to his face, closing his eyes, and breathes out quietly down Kyoya’s wrist.
Kyouya matches his fingers to the curve of Tamaki’s cheek and says, “You can have more than this.”

Summary
As her apartment lease is running out, Judy asks Nick to move into a new place with her. Nick needs a couple of days to think it over, worrying his partner, but not for the reason she thinks. Nick explains that foxes are solitary for more than one reason and one of said reasons is called the Moon Dance, where once per month, a fox becomes deeply possessive and territorial over his mate, or in Hopps' case, his roommate. Judy has to decide if Nick becoming possessive of her once a month is a deal-breaker or the most intriguing thing she's ever learned about her fox partner. Post Zootopia 2 WildeHopps slight AU.
