There was a moment of silence as Flins said nothing, simply caressing Illuga's hands that were still held in his own. His eyes flashed a little dangerously, staring into the other’s soul as if wanting to devour him completely.
Flins didn't deny illuga’s accusation. He chuckled under his breath. ”If you need air stolen from your lungs, I can easily do that for you”

Summary
Flins wants to devour him. Wants to lick every inch of skin. Make Illuga bleed fresh just so he can chase the flavor as it wells up.
He uses what is perhaps his last shred of sanity to say, “I hope Young Master isn’t getting himself injured on purpose.”
Illuga laughs, breathless. “No, I promise. Just bad luck.” His hand slides from Flins' cheek down to his jaw, thumb brushing over his lower lip. “Or good luck, depending on the perspective.”

Illuga is burning. His insides feel like they are on fire. He jolts awake and notices that it is dark in the room except for the sliver of moonlight that filters through the window and the glow from Flins’ lantern that hangs on a hook close to the bed.
Apparently, his body couldn’t wait and now his heat has arrived earlier than expected.
Illuga spends his heat with Flins and they fully give themselves to each other.

Showing weakness was punishable once. But Eda sees through his lies the moment he stumbles through the door half delirious and obviously ill so she forces him to accept her care and comfort.
Hunter learns that being cared for isn’t something he has to earn. It’s something he deserves.
