Summary
Schlatt liked to hold grudges, ones that may trace back even years. You see, Wilbur is a very good friend of the hybrids, dating back to when they were children and L'manberg was a bright new and bustling country. They were incredibly good friends and even better ones now. Though, when Wilbur was eighteen years old and Schlatt was fifteen, they were roughhousing outside in the grass and sword fighting with long branches that have long since fallen off of their parent trees. Wilbur took one good swing at the boy and hit him right between the legs, the younger nearly feeling like he were about to die then and there. It was the absolute worst physical pain the ram hybrid had ever felt.
So six years later, Schlatt was getting revenge in the absolute best way he could think of.

“Citizens of Manberg,”
Schatt's dark voice boomed through the microphone, staring down at the citizens of his nation through crimson red eyes, watching them shift nervously in their seats. Niki looked especially nervous, watching the woman advert her sparkling eyes from the podium. He couldn't blame her with how horribly he's treated her, his behavior is unjust. The banners flowed in the wind, booths showing their goods that can be bought for a little bit of currency.
“It is with great pleasure I welcome you to Manberg's first celebration of democracy, a celebration of freedom and change.” [...] Schlatt turned back to his people and suddenly, his smile faded, voice becoming softer.
“But you're not free, not at all, are you?”

It's been a terribly long and busy week for Schlatt. Many new laws have been vetoed and signed, new public works projects to supervise, but there was always one man there to make him feel better. Wilbur will gladly take the wheel.

“Quackity.” Schlatt's piercing red irises stared over at his Vice President, hands folded and fingers neatly intertwined on his dark oak desk. The younger male glanced over, the dark voice nearly surprising him as he put his hands to his side.
“Yes, Schlatt?”
“You're my Vice President now, Quackity. Do you know what that means?” The goat hybrid's lips formed a sinister smirk, eyes showing longing as it was almost as if he were staring at the young man through his clothing, imagining what he looked like underneath as he bit his lip. He watched as Quackity shook his head, rather curious of what his Emperor's next sentence may be.
“It means you now live to satisfy me, Quackity. Come, let me show you what you're capable of.”
