Summary
Throughout the glamor and whispers and gossip of the Capitol, there are whispers about the a shadow, a savior - a Batman. Someone is helping those targetted by Panem, and he seemingly cannot be stopped.
Capitol darling Bruce Wayne has never known life in the Districts, but that doesn't stop him from planning to take down the President and search for a new way of life. Nothing will stop him from doing everything he can to put a end to the Capitol's tyranny and the murderous games.
He is on the search for another way of doing things, for something out there - he sees hope, beyond the smothering control of Panem's watchful eye.
Revolution is coming, and the world is about to dawn.
