“A-Ah– B-But I–” Izuku imitated him, voice so mocking, Katsuki had to swallow back a whine. “Cat got your tongue? Come on, Kacchan, I’m sure you have a great explanation for this. Or for whatever got you all fussy again.”
Katsuki swallowed again, his breath turning into pants. He felt like he was burning up, blood turned into lava, his skin flushed and sensitive. His mind was one scrambled mess, going a hundred miles per minute while feeling all woozy.
He had never felt like that in his entire life.
He didn’t want it to stop.
Or, five times Katsuki walked away with a boner, and one time Izuku did something about it.

Katsuki's not like other omegas... except, he kinda is. At least, he's got the whole "go into heat and be miserable" thing going for him. That docile, prim, and proper attitude though? Not so much.
It's for that reason that he ends up at a matching house and for that reason that he finds himself with a very atypical mating arrangement soon after. Though, at the end of the day, if he's being honest, he really, really wouldn't have it any other way.

Summary
"Kacchan?" Izuku murmurs, stepping towards the bed. The nest has mostly been disassembled, but some of the sheets are bundled and wrapped around Kacchan's half-dozing form. It surrounds him in Izuku's scent and makes him preen.
Kacchan grunts out an acknowledgement, so Izuku continues, "I have to go first, alright? Do you need more scenting?"
"No." Kacchan's voice is grumpy, a bit hoarse and raspy like it always gets after his third orgasm.
"Alright." His hand drops down to play with the soft, spikey hair that peeks from the covers. "You have the room for the rest of the hour."
Before he thinks better of it, he leans down to place a kiss against Kacchan's forehead.
Kacchan's eyes drift close, and the scent of pleased-alpha joins the lingering scent of sex in the air. Izuku smiles to himself and steps away.
Before he backs off fully, though, fingers curl around his wrist and tug him back.
"When are you free next?"
