"We at the Theraprism are happy to tell you that your spouse is safe and healthy.”

    “I don’t have a spouse.” Said Ford.

“Yes, you do.” The entity pulled out a holographic binder. “Here, I have the paperwork."

Ford, suddenly assaulted by ghosts of lost, alcohol-soaked, hazy, whisp-like memories circling in the periphery of his mind, went deathly pale and had to take a step back to lean his weight against the cash-counter.

“I- That- That cannot have been legally binding!"

Or: Stanley Pines isn't the only one in the Pines family to get blackout drunk and married on a whim.

    Summary

Nobody quite knows why every person is born with a soulmark on their wrist: their soulmates name, engraved in the soulmate's native tongue, in their handwriting to help people find each other in the multiverse. It's a well accepted phenomenon that humans on Earth have just stopped questioning. Soulmates are supposed to be your other half, bringing you happiness. However...

Each member of the Pines family residing in Gravity Falls finds themselves grappling with the same problem; absolutely awful luck when it comes to do with soulmates! The universe gave them the worst hand of cards, each member believing they have it worst of all! Does fate always have to be a good thing?

Dipper has found himself asking for years, does a soulmate really bring someone happiness? Shouldn't the other half of a twin be the other half to someone's soul? Why does the name on your wrist lead you to a romantic partner, when family is much more precious? What makes two people fated, and his latest mystery at hand: why does the author of the journals not talk about soulmates even once, when it's such an unstudied mystery?

And what happens when your soulmate's name is written in a language that doesn't exist on planet Earth?

Zoro is in Sanji’s body when Big Mom’s invitation catches up with him. That means Sanji doesn’t have to face Germa, the wedding, or the explosive cuffs himself. It also means Zoro has Sanji’s name, Sanji’s hands, Sanji’s past, and no intention of marrying anyone.

(Law kept walking in on them.

The first time, Sanji had thrown a shoe at his head and yelled something about knocking. The second time, Zoro had reached for a sword before remembering he was naked and the sword was on the other side of the room. The third time, Law had stood there with the same dead-eyed expression he turned on everyone and told them other people wanted to use the bath.

The fourth time, he apparently decided patience was a virtue he no longer possessed and switched their bodies.)

    Summary

For the record, Law doesn’t believe that Cora killed his great aunt.

He doesn’t think Cora has devilish powers, or that he cursed Donquixote Ysabel at Dellinger’s christening, or that her death had anything to do with the supernatural.

Doesn’t mean he can’t spread the conspiracy though.

Or: Rosinante does NOT kill his great aunt, Doflamingo proves it's not looting if the dead stole from you first, and Law makes a friend. Sort of.

[ “And anyway," Cora continues brightly, "it’s fine now. Doffy took the earrings back. And, ah,” he looks sheepishly toward the floor, “sort of ripped off Ysabel’s ear. Which is why we're gonna get kicked out.” ]
