Summary
Henry and Rebecca meet in 2003. Rebecca is determined to lose her virginity before her holiday is over.
They spend a few days together in Venice before a family emergency forces her to unexpectedly return to the USA. Because real names were not used, they have no idea how to find each other, and so go on with their lives.
Fast forward to 2023. Henry is now famous and is doing promotion for the Venice Simplon Orient Express, the train he and Rebecca met on 20 years previous.
Rebecca is now a freelance photographer for travel and architecture magazines. She has no idea who Henry is, as she was too busy travelling the world to pay attention to celebrities/movies. She’s also had a lot of loss and trauma in the last twenty years.
They meet again, and Henry has to convince her she is worthy of love.

Set 400 years after the first Thor film, this story tracks the centuries long war between Asgard and a race of powerful beings, led by their ferocious King Idien and their Warrior Preistesses, The Daughters of Enia. After her grandfather is slain by Odin's hand, the surviving member of their order Qaelia is sold into an arranged marriage with Asgard's second son Loki.
Leaving her people and culture behind her Qaelia is sent to Asgard to fulfil her duty and begins a difficult transition into her new life as The God of Mischeif's wife, and thus begins a tumultuous relationship. But there are dark forces at play and those who wish to see the bloody war resume begin tracking and tempting her into reigniting violence at every turn. Qaelia must now battle to keep peace and keep herself and her heart intact.
