Summary
September 1983. Weekends in the Solo-Kuryakin household have been rather strained lately. Napoleon decides to check if he could help Illya get up on the right side of the bed for a change.
Or, the writer dips their toes in the 80s in this 'verse as a side quest, before returning to several works set between 1972 and 1976. If you don't mind Illya and Napoleon being parents in their early fifties, the other parts of the series are not compulsory reading.

Summary
November 1973. The current Number One and his family have found the time to accept the former Number One’s invitation for tea (and cake). Not everything that occurs is quite cricket, but close enough.
This one in the series is a bit closer to traditional family/kidfic than earlier installments, but there is still an attempt to address some serious undertones. Tagged as Gen and M/M as it isn't a hundred per cent Illya/Napoleon, but the relationship is still very much established and our heroes, retired from fieldwork, are still raising a child with Mimi Doolittle.

Napoleon narrowly misses a shot. This is how Illya knows he has less than an hour to get his partner into bed.
Or, Illya and Napoleon finish an Affair but still have Napoleon’s bi-annual migraine attack to face. Maybe it’s time to address some root causes.
This fic is one of those gen/friendship/possible preslash/some type of (queer)platonic vehicles where you can choose your favourite relationship interpretation. Illya I ended up writing as not-straight, but it’s not a major theme in the story.

Summary
In 1965, after The Foxes and Hounds Affair, Napoleon sleeps with Mimi Doolittle once.
In 1972, Illya opens the door of his and Napoleon's apartment to someone part or him has always been dreading: a social worker bearing news that his life partner has a child.
This series is an attempt to explore a somewhat time period-sensitive co-parenting arrangement between Mimi, Napoleon and Illya. Little Muriel lives with Mimi, but Illya and Napoleon in an established relationship are active caregivers to her. To both Muriel and most of the world, Illya is known as the closest friend and roommate of Muriel's father. Napoleon and Illya are both retired from fieldwork for most of the series, but continue their respective careers as the new Number One (Napoleon) and the Director of Innocent and Family Protection (Illya).
