Summary
Typically you'd want to avoid becoming the center of attention of two slightly mad dragons and yet like a moth drawn to the flames of Summerhall, but you'd be morose to miss the chance to singe yourself on this infernal event of fate.
A slight retelling of the events of AKOTSK, told from the perspective of a working mystic, who's mouth tends to get them in a bit of trouble. The sort of trouble that will eventually lead them to being offered (ordered) a position as personal healer and full time babysitter to Prince Maekar's oldest sons in a vain attempt to change them for the better on their not quite exile from Westeros. The dragon has three heads, surely you can handle two?Bookmarked by lobsterbed

Summary
He leaned in closer—his face scarcely a hair’s breadth away from yours—too drunk to consider how he invaded your space.
“You are kind to help a man such as I, my lady,” he whispered reverently. “You are a lovely, lovely dream.”
His expression shifted then, sad and haunted.
“Surely not a dream that belongs to me. Mine are filled only with death and despair.”

You set off for Ashford Meadow on your own, with nothing to your name and only one goal in mind. Just a day's ride away, you happen upon an inn. Little did you know, your stay at that inn would change your life forever. As you get tangled up in the petty affairs of knights and princes, you find yourself repeatedly drawn to a handsome drunk haunted by his dreams.

Summary
Everybody's favorite emotionally repressed Railroad agent is trying to work through how he actually feels about his fellow Death Bunny, all while trying to avoid supermutants, coursers, ferals, and, oh yeah....feelings. She can't know how he sees her, that she's everything he isn't. He not willing to sacrifice what they already have on the sorry hope she might feel the same. She could do better than him. That's what he tells himself, anyway.
(Important character note: My Sole Survivor is Shaun's Aunt (her brother's son), not his mother, because I've always hated how being a parent was forced on you in-game.)

Summary
Caesar is dead, Lanius turned away from the dam, and New Vegas is free of House. The bridge with the NCR has not been burned, instead they have met in the middle with compromise; a continued presence, a seat at the table, but no direct say in any of the direction of New Vegas and its neighbors. The Courier has been careful to maintain more allies than enemies, and she has done so with the intent of trying to do better. Better than the ones who came before her, better for the friends who have helped her make it this far, better than the organization her parents left. She's been called a bleeding heart, too kind, underestimated for her humanity in a place mostly devoid of it. But she is pragmatic, patient, and smart, and when a familiar face winds up bloody and face down in a Freeside alley, she sees a keystone in the permanent end of the Legion. What she doesn't see, however, is just how well the frumentarius she drags from the gutter knows, and wants to know, her.
