It took a while but Jason has finally come to terms with himself and his feelings: He is in love with Timothy Jackson Drake.
And he is going to do something about it.
The whole Batfam is aware of Jason’s very obvious crush and attempts to ask Tim out on a date but thinks that Tim is just playing hard to get.
What no one understood is that Tim is genuinely unaware that all the gifts Jason gives him or all the nice things Jason does for him were done under a romantic pretense.

"I've had worse," Tim points out. "Some of it from you." Cheap shot, but Jason's the one who followed Tim to the Nest uninvited, and Tim prickles at how vulnerable it makes him feel to have Jason here in his space, rummaging through his cabinets, acting like he cares.
"Yeah, you didn't know when to stay down then either," Jason calls through the open bathroom door, not even a hint of contrition in his voice.

Once it's a chance, twice is a coincidence and third time is a pattern. Rather a problem, at least for Jason.
He hadn't been surprised the first time it happened, if he was honest with himself he could have seen that coming, given how betrayed and blessed equally he felt when he returned to Gotham and couldn't look away from Tim Drake.
But one thing was dreaming about fucking Tim couple of times and other was dream's world reminding him every night about the sexual and romantic unresolved tension between them.
He just wanted to explode things, dammit.
