Feliciano and his brother Lovino are invited out to a ball, by none other than Gilbert. The two had been unified for 13 years now, and just 3 years ago the new country of Germany had unified as well. This ball is to celebrate that event. But what Feliciano doesn't know is that he'll be meeting someone with the same face as the person he loved and lost a long time ago.
