Summary
The ceremony is surreal, like an out of body experience. She walks up a makeshift aisle, the crowd parting to watch her, to take her measure. She’s aware a priest of some sort says words that hush the crowd, but she can’t understand them. She throws a glance over her shoulder, where her mother is bleary eyed but stone faced. She shakes her head almost imperceptibly but she doesn’t interrupt or object. She knows their survival hinges on this.
She turns back to the priest, barely glancing at the man next to her, but his presence feels overwhelming. His breathing is even, he doesn’t fidget like she suddenly realises she is. He smells a bit spicy, a little heavy. Foreign. She nearly jumps when he shifts on his feet and brushes against her arm, the heat of him searing her skin.
Her eyes are firmly fixed ahead as the priest starts proceedings, as he chants prayers that she can’t decipher. She can only pick out certain words, and they all make her blood still in her veins. Death, fight, blood. If there is a word for love in trigedasleng she doesn't know it.

Summary
Clarke’s had the worst year of her life and just needs an escape. After burning her life in Wellesley, Massachusetts to the ground, she plans to spend her summer alone and wallowing at the Cape Cod beach house that her family purchased with the Jahas and Kanes when she was a kid.
There’s only one problem. Bellamy Blake, Marcus Kane’s adopted son, Clarke’s soon-to-be step-brother, and her childhood mortal enemy, has the same plan and opens the door when she arrives. Shirtless. Which is fine, because Clarke’s always thought that she’s hates him too much to ever find him attractive, anyway, and she’s pretty sure the feeling’s mutual.
Or at least, that’s what she keeps telling herself.

Summary
With a reputation tarnished by falsehoods, twenty-one year old Sansa Stark in unable to find herself a husband in a time where a woman's utmost requirement is to be married off. At wit's end, and fed up with her turning down every husband he can find for her, Ned Stark arranges one final match for his eldest daughter; only this time, her charming suitor is a former acquaintance.
-
With a brush of hair off of her shoulder, Sansa resigns herself, shoulders raising momentarily to lower with her deep breath, “I suppose you may no longer consider me an eligible candidate for your affections?”
It’s a daring move, question, and she knows it.
“Not that your affections are directly tied into this union… nor should they be. My own certainly won’t be.”
“Why wouldn’t I?”
“Why wouldn’t you what?”
“Why would I not still consider you an eligible candidate for my affections?”
He takes a step closer; it’s a daring move, and they both know it.

Summary
“You’re not in here.” He smiled toothily and tapped on the leather cover of the captain’s log. “Care to tell me what your name is?”
Her gaze stopped on his pistol and on the metal basket-shaped guard of his cutlass, before moving onto Monroe and giving her the same quick assessment. She drew her legs away from him, and took another sip of water before letting her hands rest in her lap, grimacing as the shackles rubbed against the raw skin of her wrists.
“Pirates.” Her voice was low and hoarse, husky from dehydration. “Of course it would be pirates.”
His smile took on a sharp edge. “What were you expecting, princess? A rescue mission?”

Summary
She stops, turning towards him so suddenly that he balks, backing up. “I can teach you some figure skating moves.”
It’s his turn to stare now, barely contained curiosity and anticipation flooding in, all at once. Shaking his head so as to clear it, he crosses his arms over his chest, grounding himself. “What makes you think I want to learn how to do that?”
Clarke gives a nonchalant jerk of her shoulders at that, launching into a spin so effortless that it renders him speechless for a full minute. “Who doesn’t?”
Clarke Griffin needs a partner. Bellamy Blake just happens to walk into her rink.

“Well, to start,” Clarke says dryly, ticking off her fingers. “There’s my name. Then came the hair cut, and the baggy clothes, and my mom fudging some papers for me because no one can know that my stepbrother bailed on something yet again, so—”
“You’re posing as a guy in a prestigious all boys academy,” Raven cuts in. “Got it. Any other impossible feat you wanna try out? Stealing Luna’s herbal tea? Challenging Anya to a knife fight?”
Posing as her cousin for a summer arts program shouldn't be too hard, really. Except for the part that it's in a all-boys school, and that her roommate is none other than Bellamy Blake. (Or: a She's The Man au.)

Summary
“Wrong one.” She meant to smirk, or snap, or something, but her tone was dull. She pushed herself to sitting so she could slump sideways against the wall, just for something to do.
“Just because you can’t feel it doesn’t mean it isn’t hurting. That’s like starving a mute.”
Raven scoffed.
He was surprisingly thorough, spending time on each toe, on each tendon, moving her ankle in the joint gently before moving up to her calf.
“That’s not my foot.”

Summary
Clarke’s still looking at him when he finally brings himself to turn away, her gaze impossibly soft, but it’s the way she says his name that breaks him, in the end. “Bell.”
He closes his eyes, the motion reflexive. “Letters,” he says finally, sounding absolutely wrecked, despite himself. “They’re letters I wrote to you, while you were gone.”
Bellamy gets into the habit of writing letters to the girl he left behind in the six years they’re apart. But as it turns out, Clarke’s alive, and she’s read them. (Or: the fallout of a love confession six years in the making.)

Summary
“There’s no one else to live for anymore.” Clarke utters those words without too much emotion. They’ve had time over the years to reflect on all the people ripped away from their lives. It’s no longer a fierce, stabbing pain, just a kind of endless ache that surges and subsides with every breath they take. After all their efforts, they failed. The story of the Skai Kru would die with them. “We’re the last of our people.”
Bellamy finally looks up at her tone of voice and after a pause he says, slowly, “We don’t have to be.”

Summary
Bellamy and Clarke are finally reunited, and for a few glorious moments she seems as ecstatic to see him as he is to see her. But that changes quickly, and soon it looks like she’s going out of her way to avoid him. So when they embark on an important mission together, Bellamy hopes that this will be his chance to see if he and Clarke can recapture their special connection. Or maybe even make it stronger.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~“Mom...” Clarke began to sputter, as though she would offer further objection.
Abby frowned, shaking her head. “This discussion is over, and frankly, I’m not sure why we even had to have it. Because I know very well that you know I’m right.”
But Bellamy knew why Clarke had objected. It was because she didn’t want to spend all that time alone with him. What he didn’t understand was why.
He can’t help it, he scowls. “Wow. You know, for some Jiminy Cricket, moral compass bullshit, you’re kind of rude.”
That pulls a sputtering noise out of her, the noise distinctly disbelieving. “You think I’m your conscience?”
Bellamy’s pretty sure that hearing voices in his head is bad enough, let alone the fact that it’s coming from his supposed soulmate. (Or, a bellarke soulmates au, basically.)
