Summary
With the sundering of the Red Ring and the gruesome death of Shroud, the Z-Team -- and SDN Torrance at large -- are left picking up the pieces. Robert leaves the wreckage of SDN Torrance with a pit in his gut. The ultimate evil in his life is dead, but he still feels incomplete; Visi is gone without a trace, except for the sense memory of her lips on his in the locker room, and Mandy is now entirely aware that that happened at the same time that Robert was agreeing to dates with her.
At the end of the day he got greedy. That's all there is to it, but when he and Mandy start to unpack their issues and pursue an actual relationship together without the omissions of their past, some interesting threads come up between them and their now lost invisible woman. Robert may have amends to make, but Mandy has odd feelings to come to terms with, and both of these are significantly harder to do when Visi returns as the new leader of the Red Ring, filling the power vacuum she created with lieutenants new and old and a new mission: killing Mecha Man.
(or, following Shroud revealing that Robert pursued both Visi and Blazer, Mandy is upset, Robert is guilty, and Visi is in her villain era. again.)

The walls of the penthouse are clearly much more insulated, and their bedrooms are more spread apart, so Rumi thinks that's why this is her first time being able to hear Mira and Zoey making out so clearly. Clearly the hotel they booked is quite luxurious — they're one of the top girl groups internationally — but it seems they may have skimped a little on the soundproofing, because Rumi's laying awake with her eyes on the ceiling able to hear just about every squeak of the bedframe, almost every softspoken word, and every. The signage really doesn't reveal anything either. Purple neons are used to advertise the lounge's mouthful of an alliterative name, and it's all surrounded by swirls and sparks of flickering yellow neon. It has no windows on the front, and either side of the building is a tight alley and then the neighboring building. On the left, a bar, and on the right, a romantic restaurant, at least judging by the vases of roses on the outdoor patio tables.
Vax pursed his lips, then, eyes darting down as he folded some salami around a slice of cheese and popped it in his mouth. He chewed it for a long moment before saying, "An adult lounge meant to cater to people who are fond of more… carnal pleasures."
Vex stared at him for a long, long moment. She dared him to elaborate, or continue, with her eyes, but when he continued to simply avoid her searching gaze, all she could do was whisper, "Vax'ildan."
He hummed.
"Does your new boyfriend own a sex club?"

Summary
Set in a modern era of Exandria, financial advisor Vex'ahlia Valiente hears about a local sex club from her brother, who's dating the owner. Upon her first visit, she comes across one of the patrons, and business partners, of Mr. Gilmore's establishment: Zahra Hydris. Vex and Zahra begin a tryst of their own among Zahra's many other submissives, but eventually fall for each other romantically as well.
Things grow complicated when Vex meets Keyleth Ashari, the owner of a well-known distillery (which happens to be a provider of spirits to Gilmore's Glorious Goodies, as well), and is taken by her endearing awkwardness and pretty face. Zahra gives her blessing for Vex to pursue the adorable ginger, and eventually finds herself similarly interested in the young woman her girlfriend keeps having around, so the only logical solution is to close the loop.
These stories follow their story, and mostly, their sexploits.
