Kwak Jiseok wasn’t interested in romance. Really. Romantic relationships were gross, and a waste of time, and he didn’t feel that way about anyone. And that’s why, when his sophomore year of college came around, Jiseok decided to ditch his friends living on campus to move in with his great bandmate, Kim Jungsu, instead. A completely reasonable and intelligent decision. A hundred percent beneficial towards his engineering studies and band participation. Zero ulterior motives.
Seriously. Kwak Jiseok was an independent soul, and he didn’t care about crushes and flirting and butterflies in his stomach. And thankfully, he and Kim Jungsu had a perfectly normal relationship.

Jiseok is cursed; it's his his fate to be tethered to the video rental store in his hometown until the day he dies. To make matters worse, he's being haunted – seemingly by a phantom who is using VHS tapes to send messages through the screen.

In their defense, they thought it was pretty obvious.
The Kingdom of Science may have maxed out their Intelligence stat; but, they rolled a 1 on Perception. Or, in other words, they might not have noticed the change in relationship between one scientist and one mentalist.
Sure, they could just tell them. But, where would be the fun in that?

what the heck. probably one of the best works EVER i have EVER read on this site? so cute and i love stories where senku is the first person to fall, lots of abstract ideas with gen and love and lies, i want to reread this so i can fully understand what happened. oh my god such an amazing fic i was giggling kicking my feet just THINKING about being able to go read it wow.
