About 1 month after the battle between Broly and Gogeta at North Pole, a massive explosion happens in the downtown of West City, attracting Piccolo's attention.
Piccolo arrives and notices some weird, foul-smelling and blue-color traces left near the scene of the explosion. He follows those strange traces to a nearby park, and find an unconscious one-armed man who looks exactly the same as Son Gohan...
