And the more he repeated it, the more the days slipped by. The more he dwelled on it, the faster the sun sank below the horizon. The more he insisted he didn’t want it, the more Aki trembled with the need to see Angel again—to have him within reach, within sight, to know he was still there among them.

Aki felt his future self moan around the digit and Angel leaned closer to his face. This close, Aki noticed the flecks of gold and red that lay in the devils eyes that he was still yet to see. The last bit of the vision Aki received before he was blasted back to the present was Angels voice, finally becoming clear.
“Are you gonna be a good boy for me, Aki?"
Aki stumbled, and fell onto the bed as his eyes cleared and he was back in the hotel room.
“No” He said out loud. His head was too full of the Angel Devil to formulate clear thoughts.
Oh, ho ho. The Future Devil laughed. That one was interesting, wasn’t it devil hunter?
“Shut up.” Aki replied, trying to compose himself on the edge of the bed. The Future Devil wasn’t always certain, and the future can still be changed.
Keep thinking like that, human, and you might realise how stupid you sound one of these days.
